The Application does not gather precise location data from your mobile device and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data. The Service Provider may use collected information to send important notices and marketing communications.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall processes on your device or via the application marketplace.

3. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, please contact us and we will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.

Shipping & Return Policy

We at Paradise Group deliver the best in class products and services to our customers.

1. Invoicing and Delivery

All products are shipped with a unique invoice number as per Indian Tax Regulations. Shipping cost is displayed on the order status page. It is our policy to deliver your order as per the committed timelines.

2. Shipping

The majority of orders are shipped and delivered within 5–7 working days. We ship on all days excluding public holidays. An estimated delay of 2–3 days may occur due to courier load. We partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure timely delivery. Please refuse delivery if the product arrives damaged and contact our Customer Care Centre immediately.

3. Return Policy

Products received in damaged condition (Not Working / Manufacturing Defect) must be returned in original packing with manual and accessories within 3 Business Days from the date of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care Centre before returning any product.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned product. In case of Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made via cheque or demand draft in favour of the customer.
